What We’re Looking For:

  • Valid California Occupational Therapist (OT) license is required
  • Prior experience providing OT services to children in a school or pediatric setting
  • Solid understanding of school-based documentation and IEP process
  • Ability to conduct evaluations, develop treatment plans, and track progress
  • Strong interpersonal skills with students, teachers, and families
  • Adaptable and organized—able to manage a dynamic caseload efficiently
  • Comfortable commuting to the Hayward and San Jose, CA area

Your Role:

  • Deliver occupational therapy services to a diverse caseload of students with varied abilities
  • Develop, implement, and modify individualized intervention plans in accordance with students’ unique needs
  • Evaluate student progress and adjust strategies to facilitate maximum achievement
  • Collaborate closely with educators, parents, and multidisciplinary teams
  • Maintain accurate and timely documentation as required by state and district guidelines
  • Participate in IEP meetings, providing expertise and advocacy for OT needs
