Key Qualifications:
- Valid OT license in California
- Degree in Occupational Therapy from an accredited institution

Primary Responsibilities:
- Provide direct occupational therapy services individually and in small groups to students in accordance with IEP goals
- Collaborate with teachers, staff, and parents to optimize support plans and student success
- Conduct evaluations, progress monitoring, and participate in IEP meetings
- Develop tailored strategies to help students improve their fine motor, sensory processing, and adaptive skills
- Document all services and maintain compliance with district and state guidelines
