What We’re Looking For:

  • Master’s Degree in Occupational Therapy from an accredited program
  • Active Occupational Therapist license within the state
  • NBCOT certification preferred
  • Previous experience working in school-based or pediatric therapy settings is a plus
  • Exceptional communication and teamwork skills
  • Ability to adapt, collaborate, and develop meaningful relationships with students, families, and staff

What You’ll Do:

  • Conduct student evaluations and craft individualized treatment plans tailored to educational needs
  • Deliver direct and consultative OT services, in line with IEP goals, across the K–12 spectrum
  • Work side-by-side with teachers, parents, and multidisciplinary teams to drive student success
  • Maintain comprehensive documentation and timely progress reports
  • Participate actively in IEP meetings, contributing to goal development and planning
  • Recommend adaptive equipment, environmental modifications, and classroom strategies
  • Assess student progress and adjust interventions for optimal outcomes
