In this role, you’ll provide vital occupational therapy services within a charter school network, making a meaningful difference in the lives of students from Kindergarten through high school. Key Qualifications & Experience:

  • Valid licensure as an Occupational Therapist (OT) in California
  • Prior experience working in a school setting or with pediatric populations strongly preferred
  • Understanding of IEP processes and ability to contribute to multidisciplinary teams
  • Excellent time management and organizational skills to manage caseloads across multiple campuses
  • Strong communication and interpersonal abilities to work with school staff, students, and families
  • Reliable transportation to travel between five assigned school sites

Primary Responsibilities:

  • Deliver occupational therapy services tailored to a diverse group of students with various needs
  • Evaluate and assess students to develop, implement, and monitor individualized intervention plans
  • Collaborate with teachers, special education staff, parents, and other service providers
  • Maintain detailed records and required documentation in compliance with school and state guidelines
  • Participate in IEP meetings and provide input toward student goals and progress
  • Foster meaningful engagement and support student independence in the school environment
