Desired Qualifications & Experience:

• California licensure as an Occupational Therapist (OT)
• Prior experience in school-based OT settings preferred
• Demonstrated ability to collaborate effectively with multidisciplinary educational teams
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills
• Compassionate, student-centered approach to therapy
• Ability to travel between assigned campuses

Primary Responsibilities:

• Conduct comprehensive evaluations and assessments for students identified with occupational therapy needs
• Develop and implement individualized intervention plans to support student participation and achievement
• Provide direct and consultative OT services, facilitating access to classroom learning
• Collaborate with instructors, support staff, and families on student goals and progress
• Participate in IEP meetings, contributing knowledgeable recommendations for student support
• Maintain accurate, compliant documentation of services and progress
• Adapt interventions to fit a variety of educational environments and individual student needs
