Desired Qualifications & Experience:
- Licensed Occupational Therapist in California
- Experience in an educational or pediatric setting preferred
- Strong communication, organizational, and documentation skills
- Ability to create and implement individualized treatment plans
- Comfortable collaborating with teachers, staff, and families
- Commitment to inclusivity and supporting diverse student populations
Key Responsibilities:
- Assess students’ motor skills, sensory needs, and functional abilities within the school setting
- Develop and execute effective intervention plans to maximize students’ educational participation
- Work with multidisciplinary teams to adapt classroom activities and environments
- Attend IEP meetings and provide accurate, timely documentation
- Consult with educators and parents to support carryover of therapy goals
- Maintain compliance with all state and federal guidelines for school therapy services
