Desired Experience & Qualifications:

• Current and valid Occupational Therapist license
• Experience working with children or adolescents in a school, home health, or healthcare setting
• Deep understanding of IEP development and implementation
• Exceptional communication skills, both verbal and written
• Strong time management and organizational abilities
• Ability to collaborate effectively with teachers, families, and other specialists
• Commitment to professional growth and evidence-based practices

Key Responsibilities:

• Assess students’ needs and create tailored therapy plans to address fine motor, sensory, or daily living skill challenges
• Collaborate with educators and school teams to integrate therapeutic strategies into the classroom
• Provide direct and consultative occupational therapy services to students according to IEPs
• Document progress, maintain accurate records, and contribute to IEP meetings
• Offer training and resources to teachers and parents on supporting students’ occupational needs
• Adapt interventions for both in-person and, when appropriate, remote service delivery
