Key Qualifications and Experience:

• Master’s degree in Occupational Therapy from an accredited program
• Active California state licensure (OT)
• Proven experience providing OT services in a K-12 or school-based setting
• Strong communication skills to collaborate with educators, parents, and multidisciplinary teams
• Ability to develop and implement creative, individualized intervention plans
• Adaptable and compassionate, with a student-centric mindset

Responsibilities:

• Deliver direct and consultative OT services to students across kindergarten through 12th grade, focusing on fine motor, sensory, and functional life skills
• Conduct assessments, write reports, and help formulate Individualized Education Program (IEP) goals
• Support students’ participation in classroom activities, adapting strategies to promote independence
• Maintain accurate documentation of interventions, progress, and communications
• Participate in IEP meetings and contribute to collaborative planning
• Provide education, resources, and training to school staff and family members
