  • Communication skills to collaborate with educators, families, and multidisciplinary teams

Responsibilities:

  • Assess students’ occupational therapy needs as part of a comprehensive education plan
  • Develop and implement individualized therapy programs to support academic and functional goals
  • Document progress and maintain accurate, timely records for compliance and ongoing planning
  • Participate in IEP meetings, providing input and updates for student plans
  • Collaborate with teachers and parents to carry concepts over to the classroom and home environments
  • Provide both direct and consultative therapy services to students as required
