Qualifications and Experience:

• Master’s degree in Occupational Therapy from an accredited program
• Active state licensure as an Occupational Therapist
• Previous experience working with school-aged children or within school settings preferred
• Solid understanding of IEP development, educational documentation, and adherence to applicable state and federal guidelines
• Excellent communication, adaptability, and collaborative problem-solving skills
• Ability to manage a diverse caseload and adjust interventions to meet individualized student needs

Key Responsibilities:

• Conduct comprehensive evaluations and assessments to determine students’ therapy needs
• Develop and implement individualized treatment plans in coordination with educational teams and families
• Deliver direct occupational therapy services to students in individual or group settings
• Provide consultation and training to teachers, support staff, and caregivers on strategies and accommodations for student success
• Monitor progress, maintain accurate documentation, and contribute to IEP meetings and reports
