Qualifications and Desired Experience:

• Master’s degree in Occupational Therapy from an accredited program
• Active OT license in Virginia (or willingness to obtain)
• Previous experience in pediatric or school-based settings preferred
• Strong knowledge of IEP processes and documentation
• Excellent communication and organizational skills
• Ability to work independently as well as part of a multidisciplinary team

Key Responsibilities:

• Conduct comprehensive student evaluations and develop individualized treatment plans
• Deliver direct and consultative OT services to students per their IEPs
• Maintain clear, timely documentation and progress reports
• Collaborate with teachers, staff, and families to support student success in both academic and functional skills
• Participate in IEP meetings, staff conferences, and professional development activities
• Adapt therapeutic interventions to meet the evolving needs of the school community
