Qualifications & Preferred Experience:
- Active Occupational Therapy license (or eligibility for licensure)
- Previous experience working with the pediatric or school-aged population preferred
- Strong understanding of IEP process and documentation best practices
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills
- Ability to manage a diverse caseload and adapt to various student needs
Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct assessments and develop evidence-based treatment plans
- Deliver direct and consultative occupational therapy services to students
- Collaborate with educators, support staff, and families to optimize student success
- Maintain accurate records in compliance with school and regulatory guidelines
- Participate in IEP meetings and contribute to the development of student goals
- Offer ongoing support and progress updates to students, staff, and families
- Stay current with best practices and continuing education for optimal results
