School Based Occupational Therapist

This full-time Occupational Therapy role offers the opportunity to support students across multiple schools near Hernando, FL. As an itinerant therapist, you’ll travel between sites to provide consistent, high-quality OT services that help students succeed both academically and functionally.

Key Responsibilities:

• Conduct occupational therapy evaluations and provide treatment in school settings
• Create and carry out individualized therapy plans based on student needs
• Collaborate with teachers, parents, and school staff to support student progress
• Maintain accurate and compliant documentation
• Travel between school sites within Riverside to deliver services

Qualifications:

• Licensed Occupational Therapist 
• School-based or pediatric experience preferred, but not required
• Strong communication and teamwork skills
• Ability to manage a caseload and coordinate travel between sites
• Dedicated to supporting student growth and development

Position Details:

• Location: Hernando, FL (travel between schools required)
• Schedule: Full-time, 40 hours per week for the school year
