This full-time, contract position spans the upcoming academic year, from August 3, 2026, through June 4, 2027, and features a diverse caseload of 50-55 students across elementary, middle, and high school levels. The role is based near Highland, CA, where you'll collaborate with a supportive educational team to foster growth, independence, and success for children and adolescents.
Qualifications & Experience:
- Valid Occupational Therapist license required
- Certification in Occupational Therapy
- Experience in school settings is strongly preferred
- Ability to work with students from elementary through high school
- Excellent communication skills and a team-oriented mindset
- Passionate about supporting students with varying needs
Responsibilities:
- Provide direct Occupational Therapy services to students, individually and in groups
- Develop, implement, and monitor individualized treatment plans
- Collaborate with teachers, parents, and school staff to support students’ goals
- Complete necessary evaluations, reports, and documentation in a timely manner
- Participate in meetings for individualized education programs (IEPs)
- Adapt interventions to accommodate a mixed caseload and diverse developmental needs
