In this role, you will have an impact across a diverse caseload of 18 students, providing essential OT support in a school environment near Hilliard, OH. With a manageable schedule of up to 12 hours per week, you’ll deliver a total of 3,260 therapy minutes per quarter, making a meaningful difference throughout the 2026-2027 school year.

Desired Background & Skills:

  • Current licensure as an Occupational Therapist (OT)
  • Experience delivering OT services in schools, home health, or healthcare environments
  • Familiarity supporting grades K-8 and understanding the developmental needs at these levels
  • Strong collaboration skills with teachers, staff, and families
  • Ability to manage and document therapy sessions efficiently while meeting IEP goals

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide direct OT services as determined by IEPs
  • Maintain regular documentation of student progress and session outcomes

  • Develop and implement individualized activities and interventions to improve fine motor skills, sensory regulation, daily living skills, and classroom participation
