Key Qualifications:
- Valid Occupational Therapist (OT) license in Ohio
- Experience working within schools, home health, or healthcare settings

- Previous experience with similar-sized caseloads preferred, though not required
Primary Responsibilities:
- Deliver direct and consultative OT services to a caseload of 24 K-12 students
- Ensure services meet the required 3,090 total minutes per quarter
- Assess, document, and report student progress according to educational standards and compliance guidelines
- Collaborate with teachers, support staff, and families to develop strategies that help students reach their potential
- Recommend adaptive tools and modifications to promote access and participation in school activities
- Contribute to IEP meetings and multidisciplinary team discussions
