Qualifications & Desired Experience
- Active license as an Occupational Therapist
- Previous experience in a school setting or working with pediatric populations is preferred
- Strong communication and documentation abilities
- Collaborative attitude and flexibility in adapting to evolving caseloads and environments
- Commitment to evidence-based, student-centered practice
Key Responsibilities
- Evaluate student needs and develop individualized treatment plans aligned with IEPs
- Deliver direct and consultative OT services in accordance with educational goals
- Work closely with teachers, administrators, and families to promote student participation and success
- Maintain thorough records and progress documentation
- Participate in IEP meetings and provide expertise to the school team
- Uphold professional ethics, policies, and compliance standards
