Responsibilities and Key Duties:
- Evaluate and assess students’ functional and developmental needs using evidence-based tools and frameworks
- Design and implement individualized therapy interventions tailored to each student’s unique goals
- Collaborate with teachers, support staff, and families to support student inclusion and success
- Maintain timely and thorough documentation according to district and regulatory guidelines
- Participate in IEP meetings and effectively communicate recommendations for student programming
- Provide consultative and direct therapy services, utilizing engaging activities to foster motor skills, sensory integration, self-regulation, and independence
