Role Responsibilities:

  • Assess students to identify occupational therapy needs impacting academic performance and daily functioning.
  • Develop, implement, and monitor individualized treatment plans and goals in alignment with IEP requirements.
  • Deliver direct and consultative OT services in classroom, small group, and one-on-one settings.
  • Collaborate with teachers, support staff, families, and administrators to support student progress.
  • Maintain accurate records, document service provided, and participate in IEP meetings as needed.
  • Provide training and resources to educational staff to promote strategies that enhance student outcomes.
  • Adapt therapy techniques and interventions according to school expectations and best practices.
