Most students receive services once a week, with a select few attending twice per week, allowing you to create meaningful, ongoing relationships and see measurable progress throughout the school year.
Key Qualifications & Experience:
- Active and current Occupational Therapist license
- Previous experience delivering OT services in schools highly preferred
- Comfort with both onsite and teletherapy service models
- Excellent communication and organizational skills
- Ability to individualize and adapt interventions to meet a variety of student needs
- Experience with IEP documentation and collaborating with school teams
Role Responsibilities:
- Conduct assessments and craft goal-driven intervention plans for each student
- Deliver occupational therapy through a combination of onsite and remote sessions
- Maintain accurate, timely records for compliance and communication
- Collaborate with educators, families, and other service providers
- Regularly monitor student progress and participate in IEP meetings
- Empower students by building essential motor, cognitive, and functional skills
