• Adaptability, resourcefulness, and a passion for pediatric therapy

In this position, you will:

• Conduct thorough student assessments to identify individual OT needs
• Develop and implement effective treatment plans for students, both one-on-one and in group settings
• Collaborate with teachers, administrators, and families to ensure cohesive support strategies
• Document student progress, maintain records, and participate in IEP meetings
• Provide guidance and resources to staff to facilitate student participation and independence
