Qualifications & Desired Experience:

• Current Occupational Therapy license (or eligibility) in Pennsylvania
• Previous experience in a school setting or with pediatric populations preferred
• Strong communication and collaborative skills to engage with students, families, and multidisciplinary teams
• Proficient in developing and implementing Individualized Education Plans (IEPs)
• Ability to adapt interventions to meet diverse student needs and goals

Key Responsibilities:

• Conduct assessments and evaluate students’ functional abilities in a school environment
• Design and implement individualized OT programs to address fine motor, sensory-processing, and self-care challenges
• Collaborate with teachers, special education staff, and families to support student participation and achievement in the classroom
• Monitor and report progress, maintain accurate documentation, and participate in IEP meetings
• Provide consultation and training to educational staff as needed
