Pediatric School Occupational Therapist - Hollister, California

What You'll Need:

• Active or pending California OT license, or SLP license with CCC (or ability to obtain)
• Experience in school-based, pediatric, or healthcare settings as an OT, SLP-CCC, SLP, or SLPA
• Confidence working with students across a variety of ages and abilities
• Strong collaboration skills and a commitment to positive outcomes
• Recent graduates and early career professionals are encouraged to apply
• Willingness to work on a W-2, contract basis
• Ability to work full-time or part-time as desired

Primary Responsibilities:

• Provide direct and indirect occupational therapy or speech-language services to students
• Conduct assessments, develop treatment plans, and monitor progress in collaboration with multidisciplinary teams
• Document student improvement and maintain compliance with state and federal regulations
• Engage in IEP meetings, family communications, and school-based initiatives
• Participate in ongoing professional development to enhance your skills
