What You'll Need:
- Active or pending California OT license, or SLP license with CCC (or ability to obtain)
- Experience in school-based, pediatric, or healthcare settings as an OT, SLP-CCC, SLP, or SLPA
- Confidence working with students across a variety of ages and abilities
- Strong collaboration skills and a commitment to positive outcomes
- Recent graduates and early career professionals are encouraged to apply
- Willingness to work on a W-2, contract basis
- Ability to work full-time or part-time as desired
Primary Responsibilities:
- Provide direct and indirect occupational therapy or speech-language services to students
- Conduct assessments, develop treatment plans, and monitor progress in collaboration with multidisciplinary teams
- Document student improvement and maintain compliance with state and federal regulations
- Engage in IEP meetings, family communications, and school-based initiatives
