Qualifications and Desired Experience:

• Hold an active or pending state Occupational Therapy (OT) license or relevant Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP-CCC) or Speech-Language Pathologist Assistant (SLPA) certification.
• Strong skills in one or more of the following practice areas: School-based OT, SLP (CCC/healthcare/pediatrics/school), or SLPA experience in schools or healthcare.
• Genuine enthusiasm for working with pediatric populations and making a difference in students’ lives.
• Recent graduates are encouraged to apply; mentorship and advisory support will be available.
• Ability to work effectively either full-time or part-time, based on your preference.
• Eligible to work as a W-2 contract employee.

Responsibilities:

• Provide high-quality speech, language, or occupational therapy services tailored to meet students’ needs in an educational setting.
• Collaborate with educators, administrators, and families to develop and implement individualized treatment plans.
• Conduct assessments, maintain thorough documentation, and monitor student progress.
• Participate in IEP meetings and contribute actively to the multidisciplinary team.
• Offer both direct interventions and support through indirect services as required.
