Qualifications:
- Master’s degree in Occupational Therapy from an accredited program
- Valid state OT license (or ability to obtain by start date)
- Previous experience supporting early childhood or pediatric populations preferred
- Strong communication, organization, and problem-solving abilities
- Compassion and enthusiasm for working with young children
Responsibilities:
- Evaluate developmental and functional needs of PreK students
- Develop and implement individualized therapy plans to address IEP goals
- Collaborate with teachers, support staff, and families to integrate therapy into daily routines
- Provide direct and consultative OT services within the school setting
- Maintain accurate and timely documentation
- Participate in IEP meetings and contribute to team-based decision making
- Monitor and track student progress, adjusting plans as needed
