Qualifications:

  • Master’s degree in Occupational Therapy from an accredited program
  • Valid state OT license (or ability to obtain by start date)
  • Previous experience supporting early childhood or pediatric populations preferred
  • Strong communication, organization, and problem-solving abilities
  • Compassion and enthusiasm for working with young children

Responsibilities:

  • Evaluate developmental and functional needs of PreK students
  • Develop and implement individualized therapy plans to address IEP goals
  • Collaborate with teachers, support staff, and families to integrate therapy into daily routines
  • Provide direct and consultative OT services within the school setting
  • Maintain accurate and timely documentation
  • Participate in IEP meetings and contribute to team-based decision making
  • Monitor and track student progress, adjusting plans as needed
