Key Qualifications:

  • Active OT license in California (or eligibility to obtain)
  • Experience in school-based occupational therapy or a strong interest in pediatrics
  • Strong communication and collaboration skills for partnership with educators, parents, and interdisciplinary teams
  • Adaptability to work in multiple school settings within a district
  • Ability to manage a dynamic caseload and organize services across various locations
  • Knowledge of IEP processes and documentation requirements preferred

Your Responsibilities:

  • Provide targeted OT assessments and interventions to students with a variety of needs
  • Develop individualized treatment plans and support IEP goal achievement
  • Partner with teachers and staff to support classroom participation and access
  • Travel between school sites as scheduled, delivering high-quality, flexible services
  • Maintain compliance documentation and progress monitoring for assigned students
  • Engage families and caregivers in student progress and strategies for ongoing development
