With a manageable caseload of 38+ plus consults, you'll play a vital role in helping young learners thrive academically and personally.

Ideal candidates bring experience in school-based OT environments, with confidence working with elementary and middle school-aged children. You should possess strong collaboration skills and the ability to adapt your approach to meet a variety of needs.

Qualifications & Experience

  • Active Occupational Therapist license
  • Previous experience in a school setting strongly preferred
  • Familiarity with K-8 populations and educational-based therapy
  • Comfort managing a caseload of 38+ including consult services
  • Excellent communication skills for working with students, staff, and families
  • Ability to work onsite at two locations
  • Commitment to best practices and ongoing professional growth

Your Impact and Responsibilities

  • Deliver direct and consultative OT services to students
  • Assess, plan, and implement individualized therapy programs
  • Collaborate with educators, support staff, and families for optimal student outcomes
