This contract opportunity blends flexibility with impact, allowing you to engage with learners ranging from kindergarten through 12th grade, while collaborating with a supportive educational community. With options for on-site and VOCO (virtual) service delivery, you will play a key part in ensuring students achieve their best possible educational and functional outcomes.

You’ll have the opportunity to work with students at locations including Bonita Springs Charter School in Lee County (30 minutes per week), Innovation Prep in Naples (2-3 hours per week), and Dural, serving K-12 students for designated weekly sessions (30 and 90 minutes). Desired Experience & Qualifications:

• Active licensure as an Occupational Therapist in Florida
• Experience working in school settings with diverse student populations
• Familiarity with developing and implementing IEP goals and interventions
• Effective communication skills to collaborate with teachers, families, and staff
• Comfortable with both in-person and VOCO (virtual) therapy delivery
• Able to manage a dynamic, flexible weekly schedule across multiple sites

Key Responsibilities:

• Conduct assessments and develop individualized treatment plans for K-12 students
• Deliver direct and consultative occupational therapy services as scheduled
• Document progress and maintain compliance with state and district guidelines
• Collaborate with educational team members to ensure comprehensive student support
• Contribute to IEP meetings and provide training/education for staff when needed
