You’ll work with diverse learners, collaborating with teachers and families, to deliver hands-on support and therapeutic interventions tailored to each student’s unique needs.

Desired Skills & Experience:

  • Valid licensure as an Occupational Therapist
  • Previous experience in educational settings or with pediatric populations
  • Confidence working with students in grades K-12, adapting interventions for 2nd, 3rd, 4th grade, and high school levels
  • Strong communication and collaboration abilities
  • Adaptable mindset to balance in-person work (required) with potential for hybrid engagement
  • Organized, reliable, and comfortable managing caseloads of varying sizes

Key Responsibilities:

  • Conduct assessments and create individualized therapy plans for students across specified grade levels
  • Deliver evidence-based, student-centered occupational therapy services both individually and in group settings
  • Collaborate closely with teachers, support staff, and families to integrate therapeutic goals into classroom routines
  • Maintain precise records and update progress for continued monitoring
  • Contribute to team meetings and participate in IEP development as needed
  • Travel between classrooms as required, providing on-site support
