Desired Experience & Qualifications:

  • Current state licensure or eligibility as an Occupational Therapist
  • Previous experience with pediatric or school-based OT preferred
  • Strong understanding of child development, sensory processing, and educational adaptations
  • Ability to assess, plan, and implement therapy for diverse K-12 populations
  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills with multidisciplinary teams
  • Commitment to ethical practice and ongoing professional development

Key Responsibilities:

  • Conduct comprehensive evaluations of students across K-12 grade levels
  • Develop and implement individualized treatment plans in coordination with educators and families
  • Provide direct therapy services and monitor student progress within the school setting
  • Consult with teachers and staff to adapt classroom activities and environments for student success
  • Document assessments, goals, and progress in compliance with state and school guidelines
  • Participate in IEP meetings, offering insights and recommendations to support student achievement
