Key Qualifications & Experience:
- Active Occupational Therapist license in California
- Experience in school-based or pediatric settings, especially with K-12 populations, is highly preferred
- Ability to work collaboratively with teachers, parents, and multidisciplinary teams
- Strong communication, organization, and problem-solving skills
Primary Responsibilities:
- Deliver occupational therapy services to students in accordance with individualized education plans (IEPs)
- Assess and document student progress, adapting interventions as necessary
- Consult with school staff to support classroom modifications and student accommodations
- Participate in IEP meetings and contribute to student planning and documentation
- Provide training and guidance to school personnel and families as needed
