An opportunity is available for an Occupational Therapist eager to make a difference within a supportive educational community. This contract role offers the chance to deliver vital services to K-12 students onsite throughout the school year, playing a key role in fostering their growth and development.

Key Qualifications:

• Active Occupational Therapist (OT) licensure or eligibility for licensure in California
• Previous experience working within a school-based or pediatric setting strongly preferred
• Strong understanding of IEP process, accommodations, and documentation requirements
• Skilled communicator, adaptable, and collaborative in a multidisciplinary environment
• Comfortable managing a diverse caseload across K-12 age groups

Core Responsibilities:

• Provide direct occupational therapy services to students in accordance with IEP goals
• Assess, evaluate, and develop individualized treatment plans that address students’ functional needs in academic settings
• Consult and collaborate with teachers, staff, and families to promote student success
• Maintain detailed and timely documentation for service eligibility and progress
• Participate in IEP meetings and team discussions
• Engage in professional development to ensure application of best practices in school-based OT
