Occupational Therapist School Setting in Hornbrook, CA

Key Qualifications & Experience:

• Active Occupational Therapist license in California
• Experience in school-based or pediatric settings, especially with K-12 populations, is highly preferred
• Ability to work collaboratively with teachers, parents, and multidisciplinary teams
• Strong communication, organization, and problem-solving skills

Primary Responsibilities:

• Deliver occupational therapy services to students in accordance with individualized education plans (IEPs)
• Assess and document student progress, adapting interventions as necessary
• Consult with school staff to support classroom modifications and student accommodations
• Participate in IEP meetings and contribute to student planning and documentation
• Provide training and guidance to school personnel and families as needed
