What We’re Looking For:

• Current licensure in Occupational Therapy for the state of Texas
• Strong background working within school settings, preferably with elementary, middle, and preschool-aged students
• Outstanding communication, organization, and interpersonal skills
• Previous experience in supporting special education and early intervention programs is a plus
• Enthusiastic, flexible, and ready to adapt to new environments

Key Responsibilities:

• Provide direct occupational therapy services to students across three closely situated campuses
• Prioritize occupational therapy support for preschool-aged children, while also engaging with elementary and middle school populations
• Collaborate with educators, families, and support staff to develop and implement individualized education plans
• Maintain timely documentation, monitor student progress, and adapt interventions as needed
• Participate in school-based meetings and offer professional support to colleagues
