The assignment runs from April 13th, 2026, through the end of the school year, offering the potential for both in-person and hybrid work arrangements.

Qualifications and Preferred Experience:

  • Valid Occupational Therapist licensure and credentials for practice in an educational setting
  • Previous experience working within elementary and/or secondary schools preferred
  • Strong background working with students in Kindergarten, 2nd, 3rd, 4th grades, and high school
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills necessary to collaborate with teachers, families, and school teams
  • Familiarity with IEP documentation, progress monitoring, and therapy planning for diverse learning needs
  • Able to work independently as well as coordinate care in a multidisciplinary environment

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide in-person and/or hybrid occupational therapy services to students in a school setting
  • Evaluate students' needs and implement individualized treatment plans for identified skill areas
  • Participate in the development and revision of IEPs, ensuring student goals are measurable and achievable
  • Maintain accurate documentation of student progress and communicate updates with school teams and families
  • Support classroom staff with strategies and accommodations for student success
  • Adapt approaches to engage with diverse learners from Kindergarten to high school
