Qualifications & Experience:
- Master’s degree or higher in Occupational Therapy
- Active state licensure for occupational therapy (MN or eligibility to obtain)
- Prior experience with school-based OT services preferred
- Skilled in individualized assessment, intervention, and documentation
- Strong collaboration and communication abilities
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide direct occupational therapy services to students in accordance with IEPs
- Conduct evaluations and reassessments as needed
- Develop and implement individualized treatment plans for academic success and functional independence
- Participate in interdisciplinary team meetings and consult with faculty and families
- Maintain accurate documentation and progress reports
