Qualifications & Experience:

• Master’s degree or higher in Occupational Therapy
• Active state licensure for occupational therapy (MN or eligibility to obtain)
• Prior experience with school-based OT services preferred
• Skilled in individualized assessment, intervention, and documentation
• Strong collaboration and communication abilities

Key Responsibilities:

• Provide direct occupational therapy services to students in accordance with IEPs
• Conduct evaluations and reassessments as needed
• Develop and implement individualized treatment plans for academic success and functional independence
• Participate in interdisciplinary team meetings and consult with faculty and families
• Maintain accurate documentation and progress reports
