Key Qualifications and Experience:

• Master's degree in Occupational Therapy from an accredited program
• Current or pending OT licensure in Indiana
• Previous school-based or pediatric experience preferred, but enthusiastic new graduates are also encouraged to apply
• Strong communication and collaboration skills
• Ability to design and implement individualized intervention plans
• Flexibility and adaptability to meet students' diverse needs

Primary Responsibilities:

• Assess students’ functional abilities and create goal-oriented therapy plans
• Deliver direct and consultative OT services as specified in IEPs
• Collaborate closely with teachers, families, and multidisciplinary teams to promote student achievement
• Maintain thorough documentation and progress reports in compliance with state and federal guidelines
• Participate in IEP meetings and provide expert recommendations for accommodations or modifications
• Support positive learning environments through environmental adaptations and classroom strategies
