Qualifications & Experience:

  • Current Occupational Therapy license in the state or eligibility to obtain
  • Master’s degree or higher in Occupational Therapy from an accredited program
  • Recent experience working with pediatric or school-based populations preferred
  • Strong communication skills and ability to collaborate with educators, parents, and multidisciplinary teams
  • Proficient in developing and implementing individualized treatment plans (IEPs)
  • Commitment to fostering a positive and inclusive learning environment

Key Responsibilities:

  • Conduct comprehensive evaluations and assessments for students’ functional, sensory, and motor skills related to educational goals
  • Develop tailored intervention strategies that address each student’s unique needs
  • Deliver direct and consultative therapy services to students according to IEPs
  • Collaborate with teachers, support staff, and families to support student progress
  • Maintain detailed documentation of assessments, treatment sessions, and progress reports in compliance with district and state guidelines
  • Participate in IEP meetings, case conferences, and ongoing professional development
