You’ll collaborate with a multidisciplinary team, provide direct and consultative services, and help students reach their fullest potential. Your expertise will empower children to participate more fully in classroom activities and daily routines, fostering independence and confidence.

Desired Qualifications:

  • Master’s degree (or higher) in Occupational Therapy
  • Active, valid state licensure as an OT
  • Prior school-based experience preferred, with strong skills in IEP development and implementation
  • Familiarity with assessing fine and gross motor skills, sensory processing, and adaptive techniques
  • Excellent communication and organizational abilities
  • Ability to collaborate effectively with teachers, staff, and families

Key Responsibilities:

  • Conduct occupational therapy evaluations for students with a range of needs
  • Develop, implement, and monitor individualized treatment plans aligned with IEP goals
  • Provide direct and consultative therapy services within the school environment
  • Collaborate with educational staff and parents to incorporate therapeutic strategies in daily routines
  • Maintain thorough documentation of evaluations, interventions, and progress
  • Attend and participate in IEP meetings and professional development as required
