Desired qualifications and experience:

• Current licensure as an Occupational Therapist
• Previous experience working within schools or educational settings
• Knowledge of best practices in pediatric occupational therapy
• Strong ability to collaborate with educators, staff, and families

• Flexible, reliable, and responsive to students’ ever-changing needs

Key responsibilities include:

• Delivering both direct and indirect occupational therapy services to students, in alignment with IEP requirements
• Evaluating students’ needs and developing individualized treatment plans
• Monitoring progress, documenting interventions, and adapting approaches as needed
• Consulting regularly with teachers and other school staff to support students’ integration and participation
• Actively participating in IEP meetings, reporting student outcomes, and supporting families as appropriate
• Focusing on therapy-related duties only—no additional non-therapy school responsibilities will be required
