This contract opportunity is based near Indianapolis, IN and focuses on working within a school setting, delivering essential services to a dedicated elementary caseload.

Key Qualifications:

• Master’s degree in Occupational Therapy
• Valid OT license (or eligibility) in Indiana
• School-based OT experience strongly preferred
• Strong communication, collaboration, and organizational skills
• Ability to adapt interventions for diverse student abilities and needs

Primary Responsibilities:

• Conduct assessments to determine students’ fine motor, sensory, and functional skills
• Develop and implement individualized intervention plans in collaboration with educators and families
• Provide direct occupational therapy services within the classroom and other school environments
• Participate in IEP meetings and maintain thorough documentation
• Support student progress toward academic, social, and behavioral goals
• Communicate clearly with teachers, parents, and school staff regarding strategies and progress
