Key Qualifications & Desired Experience:

• Valid Occupational Therapist license in Indiana (or eligible to obtain)
• Previous experience in school settings preferred, but not required
• Strong communication and organizational skills
• Ability to structure and implement effective treatment plans
• Genuine desire to support children’s development and educational progress

What You’ll Do:

• Provide OT services to students across three schools, traveling locally between sites
• Assess, design, and implement individualized and group therapy interventions
• Collaborate with teachers, administrators, and other therapists to promote students’ functional independence
• Monitor progress, keep accurate records, and participate in IEP meetings
• Educate staff and families on strategies to improve students’ skills in daily life and learning
