Key Qualifications & Skills:
- Valid Occupational Therapist license in Indiana (or eligibility pending)
- Experience in school environments or with pediatric populations is highly preferred
- Ability to conduct evaluations, develop IEP goals, and deliver direct and consultative therapy services
- Strong organizational, communication, and documentation skills

Primary Responsibilities:
- Evaluate students’ functional, developmental, and adaptive skills related to educational needs
- Design and implement individualized intervention plans and IEP objectives
- Consult and collaborate with educators, families, and related service providers to support inclusion and student achievement
- Maintain accurate records, progress notes, and reports
- Participate in team meetings, staff training, and professional development opportunities
