• Valid Occupational Therapy license in Indiana (or eligibility to obtain)
• Previous experience in a school-based setting is preferred, but not required
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills for effective collaboration

What you’ll do:

• Assess and evaluate students to develop targeted Individualized Education Program (IEP) goals
• Provide direct therapy and consultative services in a variety of school environments
• Collaborate with teachers, families, and multidisciplinary teams to ensure student needs are met
• Document progress and maintain compliance with state and federal regulations
• Participate in ongoing professional development opportunities
