Qualifications:

  • Valid licensure as an Occupational Therapist in Indiana (or eligible).
  • Master’s degree or higher in Occupational Therapy from an accredited program.
  • Experience in a school-based setting preferred, but not required.
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
  • Ability to develop and implement individualized plans for K-12 students.

Responsibilities:

  • Provide occupational therapy services to students with diverse needs.
  • Collaborate with teachers, support staff, and families to support students’ educational goals.
  • Participate in interdisciplinary meetings and contribute to IEP development.
  • Document evaluations, progress, and therapy outcomes.
  • Adapt and modify activities and environments for accessibility.
