Step into a dynamic role as a contract Occupational Therapist supporting students from PreK through 12th grade in a welcoming school environment. From July 27, 2026, to May 26, 2027, you’ll be making a real difference across 2-3 school sites with supportive teams who value your expertise. With a manageable caseload of approximately 45-50 students, you’ll have the opportunity to build meaningful connections and help young learners achieve their fullest potential.

What we’re seeking:

  • Current licensure as an Occupational Therapist
  • Experience in school-based OT preferred
  • Ability to work collaboratively with educators, families, and other therapy professionals
  • Strong communication and organizational skills
  • Flexibility to travel between 2-3 school sites as needed
  • Dedication to making learning accessible and enjoyable for all ages from PreK through 12th grade

Your responsibilities will include:

  • Evaluating and developing individualized intervention plans for students
  • Delivering therapy services directly to students in various grade levels
  • Documenting progress and maintaining thorough records
  • Collaborating with teachers, administrators, and parents to implement strategies
  • Attending IEP meetings and contributing to a multidisciplinary team approach
  • Providing support, training, and resources to school staff as appropriate
  • Adapting interventions to best fit each student’s unique needs

This contract opportunity offers an hourly rate of $45-$55, with consistent, full-time hours (37.5 per week) during the school year. You’ll gain experience working across different grade levels and settings, expanding your professional skills and making a lasting impact.
