Occupational Therapist – K-12 School Setting (Contract, CSY)
Location: Irvine, CA
An excellent opportunity is available for a licensed Occupational Therapist to provide specialized services within a K-12 educational environment in Irvine, California. This contract position offers the opportunity to support students’ developmental and functional needs during the current school year (CSY).
Key Responsibilities:
• Conduct evaluations and assessments of students’ occupational therapy needs
• Develop and implement individualized treatment plans aligned with students’ educational goals
• Collaborate with teachers, parents, and other school professionals to integrate therapy goals into the classroom setting
• Monitor student progress and adjust interventions accordingly
• Maintain accurate documentation and comply with school district and state regulations
Desired Qualifications:
• Valid state license or certification in Occupational Therapy
• Experience delivering occupational therapy services in a K-12 school setting
• Strong knowledge of pediatric occupational therapy assessment and intervention strategies
• Ability to work collaboratively with multidisciplinary teams
• Excellent communication and organizational skills
