Occupational Therapist School Setting in Irvine, CA

A full-time opportunity is available for an Occupational Therapist to support K-12 students in a school setting, located in Irvine, CA. This contract role provides a chance to make a meaningful impact on the development and success of children across various grade levels during the current school year.

Key Responsibilities:

• Deliver individualized occupational therapy services to students, enhancing their academic performance and daily living skills.
• Collaborate with educators, parents, and other professionals to develop and implement effective intervention plans.
• Assess student needs through evaluation and observation to create tailored treatment goals.
• Maintain accurate documentation and progress reports in compliance with school policies and regulations.
• Participate in team meetings, IEP development, and parent conferences to advocate for student needs.

Desired Qualifications and Experience:

• Valid Occupational Therapy license with experience in school-based settings preferred.
• Strong understanding of pediatric occupational therapy practices within K-12 education.
