What we’re seeking:

• Current licensure as an Occupational Therapist
• Experience delivering OT services within school settings
• Previous teletherapy experience or strong technical/computer skills for virtual service delivery
• Ability to supervise and mentor COTAs
• Proficient in conducting student screeners and evaluations
• Excellent communication, organization, and documentation abilities

Key responsibilities:

• Provide direct occupational therapy services to K-12 students as part of an educational team
• Perform comprehensive screenings and evaluations to determine students’ needs
• Develop and implement individualized treatment plans
• Supervise, support, and collaborate with two COTAs in daily activities and interventions
• Maintain up-to-date and accurate documentation in compliance with school and legal requirements
