• Current OT licensure in Mississippi (or eligibility to obtain)
• Prior experience in a pediatric or school-based setting preferred

• Ability to assess, plan, and implement effective therapy sessions

Key Responsibilities:

• Conduct evaluations and develop individualized plans to meet students’ unique needs
• Deliver direct and consultative therapy services in accordance with IEP goals
• Maintain detailed records, progress reports, and relevant documentation
• Participate actively in IEP meetings, offering insights and recommendations
• Collaborate with teachers and staff to adapt classroom strategies and tools
• Integrate assistive technology and adaptive equipment as needed
• Educate families and school personnel on strategies to support students’ progress
