Key Responsibilities:

• Assess and evaluate students’ motor, sensory, and functional abilities in a school environment
• Design and deliver individualized therapy plans aligned with IEP goals
• Provide direct OT services in both individual and group sessions
• Collaborate closely with educators, families, and multidisciplinary team members
• Track, document, and communicate student progress while refining interventions as needed
• Contribute expertise during IEP meetings and make data-driven recommendations

Desired Qualifications:

• Current and valid Occupational Therapist license in the state of Virginia
