Key Responsibilities:

• Assess and evaluate each student’s fine and gross motor skills, sensory processing, and daily living abilities
• Develop and implement tailored therapy plans in accordance with students’ IEP goals
• Deliver direct therapy services within both individual and group sessions
• Attend and contribute expertise during IEP meetings, providing clear recommendations
• Track student progress, modifying strategies as needed for optimal outcomes
• Partner with teachers, families, and other service providers to support student success

Desired Qualifications:

• Licensed Occupational Therapist in Virginia
• Preference for candidates with school-based or pediatric experience
