Serving a diverse student population, you’ll provide essential occupational therapy services to children and adolescents from preschool through high school for the remainder of the 2026–2027 academic year. In this full-time opportunity, you’ll collaborate with educators, families, and special education professionals to help each student thrive in both academic and functional settings.

What you’ll bring:

• Master’s degree in Occupational Therapy
• Active or eligible Virginia OT license
• Background in school settings or pediatric therapy is a plus
• Proficiency in fine and gross motor skill assessment and interventions
• Experience or comfort with home health, healthcare, or teletherapy environments welcome
• Clear, compassionate communication and an aptitude for teamwork
• Ability to adapt approach to a wide age range (3–18 years)

Key responsibilities:

• Deliver direct and consultative occupational therapy services to assigned students
• Assess, develop, and implement individualized therapy plans targeting fine/gross motor, sensory, and daily living skills
• Collaborate closely with teachers, families, and special education staff
• Document progress and maintain compliance with school and state requirements
• Participate in IEP meetings and student planning sessions
• Provide guidance and broader support across the multidisciplinary team
