You’ll use your expertise in school-based occupational therapy to assess, plan, and implement interventions tailored to each student’s unique needs, helping them develop critical functional skills for success in the classroom. Collaborate with educators, families, and other professionals to create supportive, individualized occupational therapy plans that foster growth and independence.

Qualifications & Experience:

• Master’s or Doctorate degree in Occupational Therapy
• Current New Jersey state license
• School-based OT experience strongly preferred
• Excellent communication and organizational skills
• Dedication to supporting the academic and developmental success of young children

Responsibilities:

• Deliver direct occupational therapy services to students in PreK–4th grade
• Conduct assessments and develop individualized intervention plans
• Collaborate with classroom staff and parents to maximize outcomes
• Maintain thorough and timely documentation in compliance with school and state guidelines
• Participate in IEP meetings and contribute to collaborative problem-solving
