Qualifications:

  • Valid Occupational Therapist license (NJ)
  • Previous experience in pediatric or school-based settings preferred
  • Strong communication and organizational skills

Key Responsibilities:

  • Conduct thorough assessments and develop individualized treatment plans for students
  • Collaborate with educators, families, and multidisciplinary teams to support students’ learning and independence
  • Deliver both direct therapy and consultative services within school environments
  • Maintain clear documentation to track student progress and meet compliance standards
  • Participate in IEP meetings and contribute to the creation of supportive educational programming
