Key Qualifications:
- Valid and active GA Occupational Therapy license required
- Background in pediatric or school-based occupational therapy strongly preferred
- Familiarity with school systems and IEP processes is a plus
- Experience with home health or broader healthcare OT considered beneficial
- Strong communication and collaboration skills
Key Responsibilities:
- Deliver a full spectrum of occupational therapy services to students in PreK through high school
- Conduct assessments and develop individualized treatment plans
- Collaborate with educators, families, and multidisciplinary teams to address students’ unique needs
- Monitor progress, document interventions, and provide recommendations for student success
- Participate in IEP meetings and contribute to discussions on student accommodations and support
- Adapt therapy approaches for diverse learning and developmental needs
