What You Bring:

• Current Occupational Therapist (OT) license or eligibility in Florida, or Certified Occupational Therapy Assistant (COTA) credentials
• Experience or strong interest in school-based therapy for K-12 populations
• Solid grasp of both fine and gross motor skill development and related therapeutic techniques
• Effective communication and collaboration skills with teachers, families, and multi-disciplinary teams
• Organizational abilities to manage caseloads, documentation, and progress tracking
• A proactive, student-centered approach and passion for fostering growth in educational settings

What You'll Do:

• Provide direct occupational therapy services to students across grades K-12
• Develop and implement individualized treatment plans that promote academic, social, and self-care success
• Assess and monitor students’ progress in alignment with IEP goals
• Collaborate with educators, families, and other service providers for holistic student support
• Maintain clear and timely documentation of interventions and outcomes
