Skilled Occupational Therapists who are passionate about working onsite with a diverse population of students will thrive in this full-time role for the 2026-2027 academic year.

In this position, you’ll collaborate closely with faculty and support staff to develop and implement individualized programs that promote student success and independence. You’ll make a significant impact as you use your expertise to serve students with a variety of disabilities, ranging from mild to severe, across multiple grade levels.

Qualifications:

  • Valid Washington State Occupational Therapist License (Department of Health)
  • Occupational Therapist ESA endorsement through Washington State OSPI (must be fully licensed; no exceptions)
  • Previous experience in a school-based setting strongly preferred
  • Excellent communication skills and a team-oriented mindset
  • Committed to delivering evidence-based interventions tailored to student needs

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide one-on-one and group therapy to students with an array of physical, sensory, or cognitive challenges
  • Develop and implement individualized education plans (IEPs) and treatment programs in conjunction with interdisciplinary teams
  • Consult with teachers, staff, and parents to maximize student participation in school activities
  • Maintain timely and accurate documentation in accordance with school and state guidelines
  • Participate in IEP meetings, provide progress updates, and adjust goals as needed
