Desired Qualifications & Experience:

• Current and valid Occupational Therapist license in Missouri (or eligibility to obtain prior to start date)
• Previous experience in a school-based or pediatric setting strongly preferred
• Ability to independently manage a varied caseload and transition efficiently between worksites
• Strong communication skills for interacting with students, educators, and families
• Capable of adapting therapy techniques in a dynamic school environment
• Commitment to supporting students’ educational and functional goals

Key Responsibilities:

• Provide direct occupational therapy services to students per individualized education plans
• Conduct evaluations, develop treatment plans, and document student progress
• Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to support student needs and school objectives
• Travel between assigned worksites, maintaining organization and timely service delivery
• Participate in parent-teacher meetings, IEP reviews, and staff consultations as needed
