Qualifications & Experience:

• Current, active Occupational Therapist (OT) licensure required
• Relevant experience within a school setting, ideally at the elementary level
• Strong ability to manage a dynamic caseload across different buildings
• Excellent communication, organizational, and interpersonal skills
• Familiarity with assessment tools, intervention strategies, and IEP processes

Key Responsibilities:

• Deliver direct OT services to students, scheduled as follows: 10 on Mondays, 7 on Tuesdays, 10 on Wednesdays, and 8 on Thursdays
• Rotate among three elementary school buildings, developing individualized plans and hands-on supports
• Use Fridays for evaluations, assessments, preparation, and documentation tasks
• Participate actively in team meetings, multidisciplinary discussions, and developmental planning
• Maintain accurate progress notes, reports, and compliance with all legal/administrative guidelines
• Collaborate with teachers, administrators, and families to support each child's unique needs
